• Design event materials such as signage, programs, and promotional content

• Translate complex information into engaging visuals through infographics, charts, and diagrams

• Maintain consistency with brand standards while adapting designs for diverse audiences and platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet strategic goals and deadlines

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and Microsoft Office to execute and deliver professional-quality designs


Illustration

• Create custom illustrations for digital and print materials, including social media, presentations, and editorial content

• Develop icons, infographics, and diagrams to visualize complex information clearly and effectively

• Design character-based or expressive artwork to support branding, campaigns, and storytelling

• Adapt illustration style to suit different audiences, tones, and industries

• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all illustrated content

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and strategists to translate ideas into compelling visuals

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other tools to execute high-quality illustrations efficiently


Apparel Design + Merchandising

• Design product graphics and packaging that align with brand identity and appeal to target consumers

• Develop visual concepts for apparel, accessories, and promotional merchandise

• Create mockups and production-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and other manufacturing processes

• Research trends and consumer behavior to inform product design and placement strategies

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop cohesive merchandising campaigns

• Prepare line sheets, lookbooks, and visual merchandising guides for internal use and retail partners

• Ensure consistency in branding across physical products, packaging, and in-store displays

• Work with vendors and production teams to meet quality standards and deadlines
